作出包邊條，可快速、精準的製作出滾邊條，為邊條熱接著專用工具。
適拼布、縫紉手作作品基本工具，適用於製作袋物、璧飾、小物之滾邊條。
可搭配 22-132 熱接著帶(10mm)一起使用。
